New Release
I have a new release scheduled for February 13, 2026!!! I was fortunate enough to collaborate with an amazing group of authors to create this year’s Friday the 13th novella collection. Thirteen different authors each wrote a stand-alone horror short story in the series, and the stories are all released on Friday the 13th. When you go to the Book page, click on the title for an Amazon link to the ebook.
I had a lot of fun writing this story. A fun fact, I have seen ghosts. Most of the ones I have seen are what I believe to be residual ghosts. An old man was standing in my bedroom talking to someone I could not see, then walking away without noticing me. A woman walking down a street in clothes from the 1700s, she too seemed not to notice the people around her.
The absolute worst was the man who leaned on the doorframe to my bedroom. He stood there, arms crossed, staring at me, exuding menace. He wore a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and brown square-toed boots. I could not see his face, but I knew he was watching me. I think it is safe to say I did not sleep well in that apartment. I fought him the only way I knew how, I prayed!!! For several weeks, I prayed to God to either remove him or find me a way to leave. Money was tight, and I could not afford to move out. One night, he was gone. I thanked God every night for that minor miracle until I finally moved on too. Even after that terrifying experience, I still love a good ghost story. I hope you do too.
Have you ever seen a ghost? Leave a comment below and tell me about it. I may use it in a future story.

I Am A Good Hooker
Calm down, I am talking about crocheting. My grandmother almost always had a crocheting project in her hands. I was envious of what she could create. My mother taught me when I was still young, about 6-8 years old. Spending years dabbling, I never got good at it until my daughter was born. At that…
Why I Write
Personal-Dyslexia I am dyslexic. Growing up in the Neolithic Age, most people did not know what dyslexia was or how to spot it. As a result, I have been called everything from lazy to stupid by the educators around me. I was placed in Learning Disabled classes in grade school, and it really did not…
Nefarious
Asking me to pick my favorite movie or book is like asking me to pick my favorite child. That is not accurate; my favorite child is my only child, but I trust you understand the analogy. Nefarious is a spectacular and underrated movie. It came out in 2023 and showcases Sean Patrick Flannery’s amazing skill…
